These Terms govern your use of apexseosystems.com and your communications with Apex SEO Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the company behind MedSpa Scale and RankMedSpa. Our product brands carry their own terms for product-specific matters; where you use one of our products, those terms also apply.
1. Who we are
Apex SEO Systems LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) that builds software and data products for the medical aesthetics industry.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use our sites and services lawfully, not to interfere with their operation, and not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Content on our sites is provided for general information and may change without notice.
3. SMS / text-messaging terms
Apex SEO Systems LLC (including our brands MedSpa Scale and RankMedSpa) sends text messages to people who have opted in to receive them — such as replies to your enquiries, service and account notifications, and, where you have separately consented, marketing messages about our products.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time: you can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual property
Our sites, products, brands and content are owned by Apex SEO Systems LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape at scale, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our sites and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex SEO Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our sites or communications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
