This Privacy Policy explains how Apex SEO Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit apexseosystems.com, communicate with us, or interact with our products and brands — MedSpa Scale and RankMedSpa. Each brand site also carries its own policy for product-specific detail; this policy governs the company and any communication programs we operate, including text messaging.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us — such as your name, business name, email address and phone number when you contact us, request information, fill in a form, or sign up for one of our products or communications.
- Business information — publicly available information about businesses (such as listings, websites, rankings and reviews) that powers our software and research.
- Usage information — standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve our products, respond to enquiries, provide customer support, send communications you have requested or consented to, process payments, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy, sell, rent or transfer lead lists or consent records.
3. SMS / text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you have opted in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number and consent record solely to send you the messages you signed up for, on behalf of Apex SEO Systems LLC and its brands. Consent to receive text messages is specific to us, is not transferable, and is never a condition of purchasing anything.

4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, analytics, email delivery and payment processing) under instructions from us, or when required by law. For clarity and without exception: the mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data described in Section 3 are excluded from any sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Cookies & analytics
Our sites use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics, which help us understand how our sites are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Brand-site policies describe their specific analytics and advertising tools.
6. Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. Opt-out requests (such as STOP) are honored promptly and retained so we don't message you again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these, email nick@apexseosystems.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Children
Our products and communications are intended for adults and businesses. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make material changes we will revise the “last updated” date above and provide a more prominent notice where appropriate.
